In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file you just downloaded.
Click Activate after the upload completes. You'll see "Evie AI Chatbot" in your plugins list.
Navigate to Evie Chatbot > Settings and paste your license key in the License field. Click Save.
Go to Evie Chatbot > Knowledge Base and add information about your business, services, and FAQs. This is what Evie uses to answer customer questions.
Evie will automatically appear on your website as a chat widget. Customise the appearance and greeting message in the settings.
