Data Deletion Instructions

Evosion (Evosion Pty Ltd, ABN registered in Australia) operates the VEYA platform at portal.evosion.com.au. This page explains how to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you through the VEYA platform, including data obtained from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn via OAuth.

What data we hold

  • Facebook Page identifiers, names, and Page Access Tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • Instagram Business account identifiers, usernames, and access tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • LinkedIn member IDs, profile names, and OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • Records of posts that have been published or scheduled through VEYA

How to request deletion

To request deletion of all data associated with your account or your business:

  1. Email admin@evosion.com.au from the address associated with your account, with subject line Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include your full name, business name, and the Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or LinkedIn Page you want disconnected.
  3. We will permanently delete all OAuth tokens, account identifiers, and stored post metadata within 30 days of the request and confirm the deletion by email.

Automatic deletion

If you revoke our app authorisation directly from Facebook (Settings » Apps and Websites), Instagram (Settings » Apps and Websites), or LinkedIn (Settings » Permitted Services), we will receive a deauthorisation signal and delete all OAuth tokens for your account within 24 hours.
